Suna and İnan Kıraç Foundation, Pera Museum invites children to a vibrant space of discovery through art during the summer break. Scheduled to take place between July 22 and 31, 2025, the Summer Holiday Workshops program brings together children aged 4 to 12 with creativity, imagination, and hands-on learning.
Inspired by the museum’s collection and temporary exhibitions, the program begins with guided exhibition tours, offering children the opportunity to explore works of art closely. These tours are followed by engaging workshops, where participants are encouraged to express themselves through artistic production.
The program features various activities, including butterfly canvases, plate decoration accompanied by storytelling, diorama scene building, character design, and the creation of playful EVA masks. The workshops use diverse materials such as colored cardboard, mica plates, 3D styrofoam, and foam sheets to foster creativity.
Incorporating themes such as color theory, light and shadow, and upcycling, the workshops aim to provide a joyful experience where learning and creativity go hand in hand.
Participation in the workshops is ticketed. Pera Museum Friendship Program members are eligible for a 20% discount.
